1. Kim sorumlu?

Bu politika, Kupon Android uygulaması (“Kupon”, “uygulama”) için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı yayımlayan ve kişisel veriler bakımından veri sorumlusu olan taraf Anadolu Developer’dır (“biz”). Gizlilikle ilgili her soru ve talep için: anadoludeveloper@gmail.com.

2. Cihazında kalan veriler

Uygulamanın çalışması için şu bilgiler yalnızca cihazında saklanır; biz bunlara erişemeyiz:

• Oluşturduğun kuponlar, seçimler, notlar, temsili tutarlar ve sonuçlar,
• favori ligler ve takımlar, gizlediğin ligler, ayarların (tema, dil, oran kaynağı, günlük sınır, “ara ver” süresi),
• son indirilen maç, skor ve oran bilgileri (çevrimdışı gösterim için önbellek),
• uygulama içi hata kaydı (en fazla 40 kayıt; yalnızca “Sorun bildir” ile kendin paylaşırsan cihazdan çıkar).

3. İnternete giden veriler

3.1 Maç ve oran verisi

Fikstür, skor ve oranlar veri servisimizden alınır. Bu istekler istenen tarihi, saat dilimini, lig ve maç numaralarını içerir. Her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi sunucu, IP adresini ve cihazın teknik istek bilgilerini (zaman, istenen adres) görür. Bu bilgileri yalnızca isteği yanıtlamak, hizmeti çalışır ve güvenli tutmak için kullanırız; seni tanımlayan bir profil oluşturmayız. Takım logoları ve bayraklar, veri servisinin bildirdiği görsel sunucularından indirilir; bu sunucular da IP adresini görür.

3.2 Kullanım verisi ve hata raporları (yalnızca izinle)

İlk açılışta ya da Ayarlar → Anonim kullanım verisi gönder seçeneğiyle izin verirsen, Google’ın Firebase hizmetleri üzerinden şunlar gönderilir:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: hangi ekranları açtığın ve hangi özellikleri kullandığın (ör. filtre, sıralama, kupon üretici seçenekleri), seçim sayısı ve oran aralığı gibi sayısal bilgiler, ayar tercihlerin; cihaz modeli, Android sürümü, uygulama sürümü, dil ve IP adresinden çıkarılan ülke/bölge. Bu veriler rastgele bir uygulama kimliğine bağlıdır (takma adlıdır). Reklam kimliği ve Android kimliği Analytics’e gönderilmez.
• Firebase Crashlytics: uygulama çöktüğünde ya da yakalanan bir hata olduğunda hata ayrıntısı, cihaz modeli, Android sürümü, boş bellek ve depolama, son açılan ekranlar ve ayar tercihlerin.
• Firebase Performance Monitoring: açılış süresi, ekran çizim performansı ve veri servisine yapılan isteklerin süresi ile boyutu (adres sorgu parametreleri olmadan); cihaz ve ağ bilgisi, IP adresinden çıkarılan ülke.

Kuponlarının içeriği, notların, takım adları ve tutarlar hiçbir zaman gönderilmez. Bu verileri uygulamayı geliştirmek, hataları bulup düzeltmek ve hangi özelliklerin işe yaradığını anlamak için kullanırız. İzni istediğin an aynı ayardan geri alabilirsin; geri aldığında gönderim durur, gönderilmemiş hata raporları silinir ve uygulama kimliği sıfırlanır.

3.3 Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Uygulama, ücretsiz kalabilmek için Google AdMob reklamları gösterir (ekran altında banner ve seyrek aralıklarla tam ekran reklam). Reklam göstermek, sıklığı sınırlamak, dolandırıcılığı önlemek ve reklam performansını ölçmek için Google; reklam kimliğini, IP adresini, cihaz ve uygulama bilgilerini ve reklamlarla etkileşimini işler.

• Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre gibi yasaların gerektirdiği bölgelerde Google’ın onay formu gösterilir; kişiselleştirilmiş reklam yalnızca onay verirsen gösterilir. Kararını Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsin.
• Her bölgede, Android ayarlarından reklam kimliğini silerek ya da sıfırlayarak kişiselleştirilmiş reklamı kapatabilirsin.
• Kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlarda da Google yukarıdaki sınırlı verileri işler.

4. Bizimle kendin paylaştıkların

Ayarlar → Sorun bildir bir rapor hazırlar: uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli, dil, saat dilimi, son veri yenilemeleri ve hata kaydı. Raporu göndermeden önce görürsün; gönderim kendi e-posta ya da paylaşım uygulamanla yapılır, uygulama kendiliğinden bir şey göndermez. Bize yazdığın e-postaları ve raporları yalnızca sana yanıt vermek ve sorunu çözmek için kullanır, iş bitince sileriz.

Bir kuponu paylaştığında içerik, seçtiğin uygulamaya senin isteğinle gider; o uygulamanın kuralları geçerlidir.

5. Yedekleme ve dışa aktarma

Cihazında Android yedeklemesi açıksa kuponların, notların, ayarların ve maç önbelleği Google hesabına yedeklenebilir ve yeni telefona taşınabilir. Bu, Android’in ve Google hesabının ayarlarına bağlıdır. Ayrıca istersen verilerini bir yedek dosyasına aktarıp seçtiğin yere kaydedebilirsin. Bu dosya kuponlarını ve notlarını içerir; nerede saklayacağına ve kimle paylaşacağına sen karar verirsin.

6. Bildirimler ve izinler

• Bildirim: isteğe bağlıdır; maç hatırlatmaları ve kupon sonuçları için kullanılır. Bildirimler cihazda zamanlanır; anlık bildirim (push) servisi kullanılmaz.
• İnternet ve ağ durumu: maç ve oran verisini indirmek, bağlantı olmadığında haber vermek için.
• Cihaz açılışında çalışma: telefon yeniden başlayınca zamanlanmış hatırlatmaları geri kurmak için.
• Reklam kimliği: reklam SDK’sı tarafından, yukarıda anlatılan reklam amaçları için.

Konum, rehber, kamera, mikrofon ya da dosyalarına erişim istemiyoruz.

7. Ne kadar süre saklanır?

8. Seçimlerin ve hakların

• Kullanım verisi: Ayarlar → Anonim kullanım verisi gönder ile aç ya da kapat.
• Reklam onayı: Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri (gerektiği bölgelerde görünür) ya da Android reklam ayarları.
• Silme: Ayarlar → Tüm verilerimi sil cihazdaki bütün uygulama verisini siler. Uygulamayı kaldırmak da aynı sonucu verir.

Bulunduğun yere göre KVKK (6698 sayılı Kanun, m. 11), Avrupa Birliği Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ve benzeri yasalar sana; verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, itiraz etme, veri taşınabilirliği ve verdiğin onayı geri alma hakları tanır. Talebini anadoludeveloper@gmail.com adresine gönderebilirsin; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Hesap sistemi olmadığı için seni yalnızca paylaştığın bilgilerle tanıyabiliriz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu’na ya da ülkendeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunma hakkın saklıdır.

Hukuki dayanak: uygulamanın temel işlevleri için hizmetin sunulması; kullanım verisi, hata raporları ve kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için açık rızan; kişiselleştirilmemiş reklam, güvenlik ve hizmetin işletilmesi için meşru menfaatimiz.

9. Yurt dışına aktarım

Google’ın hizmetleri (Firebase, AdMob) verileri Türkiye ve Avrupa dışında, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dahil olmak üzere başka ülkelerdeki sunucularda işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlar, Google’ın taahhütleri ve standart sözleşme hükümleri çerçevesinde ve gereken yerlerde onayına dayanarak yapılır.

10. Çocuklar

Kupon, simüle bahis içeriği barındırdığı için 18 yaş ve üzerindeki kullanıcılar içindir; çocuklara yönelik değildir. 18 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek veri toplamayız. Böyle bir durumu fark edersen bize yaz, ilgili veriyi sileriz.

11. Güvenlik

Uygulama ile sunucular arasındaki bütün bağlantılar HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Cihazdaki veriler Android’in uygulama yalıtımıyla korunur. Hiçbir yöntem mutlak güvenlik sağlamaz; telefonunu ekran kilidiyle korumanı öneririz.

12. Değişiklikler

Uygulama ya da kullandığımız hizmetler değişirse bu politikayı güncelleriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır; yürürlük tarihi en üstte yazar.

Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible?

This policy applies to the Kupon Android app (“Kupon”, “the app”). The app is published by Anadolu Developer (“we”), the controller of personal data processed through it. For any privacy question or request, contact anadoludeveloper@gmail.com.

2. Data that stays on your device

The following is stored only on your device so the app can work; we cannot access it:

• coupons you create, your selections, notes, simulated stakes and results,
• favorite leagues and teams, hidden leagues and your settings (theme, language, odds source, daily limit, “take a break” period),
• recently downloaded fixtures, scores and odds (a cache for offline viewing),
• an in-app error log (up to 40 entries; it leaves the device only if you share it via “Report a problem”).

3. Data sent over the internet

3.1 Fixtures and odds

Fixtures, scores and odds are loaded from our data service. Requests contain the requested date, your time zone, and league and match numbers. As with any internet connection, the server sees your IP address and technical request details (time, requested address). We use them only to answer the request and to keep the service running and secure; we do not build a profile that identifies you. Team logos and flags are downloaded from image servers named by the data service, which also see your IP address.

3.2 Usage data and crash reports (only with your permission)

If you allow it on first launch or later under Settings → Send anonymous usage data, the following is sent through Google’s Firebase services:

• Google Analytics for Firebase: which screens you open and which features you use (e.g. filters, sorting, coupon generator options), numeric details such as the number of selections and odds ranges, your setting choices; device model, Android version, app version, language, and country/region derived from your IP address. This data is tied to a random app instance ID (it is pseudonymous). The advertising ID and Android ID are not sent to Analytics.
• Firebase Crashlytics: when the app crashes or catches an error: error details, device model, Android version, free memory and storage, recently opened screens and your setting choices.
• Firebase Performance Monitoring: startup time, screen rendering performance, and the duration and size of requests to our data service (addresses without query parameters); device and network information, country derived from your IP address.

The contents of your coupons, your notes, team names and stakes are never sent. We use this data to improve the app, find and fix bugs and understand which features are useful. You can withdraw permission at any time in the same setting; sending then stops, unsent crash reports are deleted and the app instance ID is reset.

3.3 Ads (Google AdMob)

To stay free, the app shows Google AdMob ads (a banner at the bottom of some screens and an occasional full-screen ad). To serve ads, limit how often you see them, prevent fraud and measure ad performance, Google processes your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and your interactions with ads.

• In regions where the law requires it, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google’s consent form is shown, and personalized ads are shown only if you consent. You can change your choice under Settings → Ad privacy options.
• In every region you can turn off personalized ads by deleting or resetting your advertising ID in Android settings.
• Even for non-personalized ads, Google processes the limited data described above.

4. What you choose to share with us

Settings → Report a problem prepares a report with the app version, device model, language, time zone, recent data refreshes and the error log. You see the report before sending; it is sent with your own email or sharing app, and the app never sends anything by itself. We use emails and reports you send us only to reply and fix the problem, and delete them once the matter is closed.

When you share a coupon, the content goes to the app you choose, at your request; that app’s terms apply.

5. Backups and exports

If Android backup is turned on, your coupons, notes, settings and match cache may be backed up to your Google account and restored on a new phone. This depends on your Android and Google account settings. You can also export your data to a backup file and save it wherever you choose. The file contains your coupons and notes; you decide where it is stored and with whom it is shared.

6. Notifications and permissions

• Notifications: optional; used for match reminders and coupon results. They are scheduled on your device; no push notification service is used.
• Internet and network state: to download fixtures and odds, and to tell you when you are offline.
• Run at startup: to restore scheduled reminders after the phone restarts.
• Advertising ID: used by the ads SDK for the advertising purposes described above.

We do not ask for access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files.

8. Your choices and rights

• Usage data: turn it on or off under Settings → Send anonymous usage data.
• Ad consent: Settings → Ad privacy options (shown where required) or Android’s ad settings.
• Deletion: Settings → Delete all my data erases all app data on the device. Uninstalling the app has the same effect.

Depending on where you live, the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Türkiye’s Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and similar laws give you the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Send requests to anadoludeveloper@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. Because the app has no accounts, we can only identify you through information you provide. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Legal bases: providing the service for the app’s core features; your consent for usage data, crash reports and personalized ads; our legitimate interests for non-personalized ads, security and operating the service.

US residents: we do not sell personal information for money. Data processed by Google for personalized ads may count as “sharing” under some US state laws; you can opt out by deleting or resetting your advertising ID, or through the ad privacy options where they are shown.

9. International transfers

Google’s services (Firebase, AdMob) may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. These transfers rely on Google’s commitments and standard contractual clauses and, where required, on your consent.

10. Children

Because it contains simulated betting content, Kupon is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe this has happened, contact us and we will delete the data.

11. Security

All connections between the app and servers are encrypted with HTTPS. Data on your device is protected by Android’s app sandbox. No method guarantees absolute security; we recommend protecting your phone with a screen lock.

12. Changes

We update this policy when the app or the services we use change. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
